• Lead and mentor small teams of engineers, overseeing software development, design, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Drive technical innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Mobile App Development, including React Native, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies, especially Azure.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
