What you'll do... The Data Ventures SRE/L2 team is transforming from a traditional, reactive L2 support function into an engineering-led reliability organization. Our vision is to build a modern SRE/L2 model that combines strong customer and production support with proactive reliability engineering, observability, automation, and toil reduction. The team partners closely with engineering teams to resolve production issues while identifying systemic improvements that prevent recurrence. By leveraging AI-driven operations, self-service, and standardized reliability practices, we aim to reduce manual support, improve operational efficiency, and create a more resilient and scalable Data Ventures ecosystem.
