This hands-on role demands deep software engineering expertise, enterprise architecture, and the ability to build a high-performing engineering organization that aligns technology with business strategy. The Director will steer modernization, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable architectures, while serving as the senior technical authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Experience managing technical managers and cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise software architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term software engineering strategy.
• Lead architecture and design decisions for enterprise applications.
• Establish engineering standards and development best practices.
