Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Experience designing enterprise software architectures is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term software engineering strategy for the organization.
• Lead architecture and technical design decisions for enterprise applications and services.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices across teams.
• Oversee data operations, reporting and ETL processes to ensure reliable enterprise reporting.
• Drive Agile software delivery with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI-assisted development practices.
