This senior role requires hands-on leadership, deep engineering expertise and a proven ability to build high‑performing teams, modernize platforms, and align technology with business goals. You will guide AI‑assisted development workflows, establish engineering standards and governance, and partner with executives to deliver scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Experience managing technical managers and cross‑functional engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise software architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term software engineering strategy.
• Lead architecture and technical design decisions for enterprise applications.
• Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines and best practices.
• Balance delivery with modernization and debt reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and quality.
• Serve as senior technical authority for software engineering.

Education
