Responsibilities

• Align social, PR, media, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop holistic social strategies and allocate spend across content, community, creators, and PR.
• Governance and processes to standardize ways of working across NA brands and teams.
• Manage internal vs external teams, agencies, creators and partners.
• Lead annual and campaign plans for social media, creator marketing, community engagement, and brand communications.
• Oversee annual content calendar aligned with brand launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Create content frameworks, editorial priorities, and channel strategies.
• Drive data-driven content using audience insights and performance metrics.
• Lead community management and engagement strategies across social channels.
• Monitor sentiment and performance to inform brand and communications decisions.
• Lead influencer and PR strategy to drive measurable outcomes.
