The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Director of Social Care to own social listening, community management, and online reputation across TAG brands. You will lead managers and associates, shape brand voice with content teams, and act as the senior escalation point for crises across social channels.

This visible role interfaces with Marketing, HR, Operations, and Legal, driving strategy, playbooks, and performance metrics while ensuring timely, consistent engagement across platforms.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital reputation management.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership.
• Experience building and scaling social listening across multi-brand, multi-location setups.
• Knowledge of crisis escalation and issue management protocols.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve social care, community management, and social listening strategy across all TAG brands.
• Set standards for response management, engagement, and complaint resolution across owned properties.
• Translate social data into actionable recommendations for Marketing, HR, Operations, and leadership.
• Define and own crisis escalation protocol and elevate issues to executives.
• Partner with brand social teams to ensure consistent voice while not owning content creation.
• Lead and develop managers and associates; oversee training and performance.
• Own reporting on sentiment, response performance, and trends for leadership.
