Job summary

PGIM Custom Harvest, a division of PGIM Global Wealth, seeks a Director of SMA Fixed Income Operations to lead the end-to-end operating environment for fixed income SMA portfolios. You will partner with senior operations leaders, investment teams, and technology to ensure scalable, controlled, and efficient processes that support growth and product expansion.

The role requires 10+ years in SMA or fixed income operations, deep trade lifecycle knowledge, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting separately managed accounts and fixed income products.
• Strong understanding of the SMA lifecycle, trade flow, settlement, and reconciliations.
• Experience leading investment operations teams, processes, and operating models.
• Ability to design scalable operating models and control frameworks for growth.
• Familiarity with automation and governance to reduce risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy, infrastructure, controls, and day-to-day support for the Fixed Income SMA business.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, trading, client service, technology, compliance, and risk teams.
• Oversee account onboarding, trade capture, allocation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure robust controls and governance around operations and data integrity.
• Drive automation, risk reduction, and scalability to support growth and product expansion.
