Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Site Acquisition & Location Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead strategic site selection and acquisition efforts that support infrastructure growth and long-term operational needs. You will evaluate market opportunities, guide land development decisions, and coordinate due diligence to ensure sites are feasible, well-positioned, and aligned with business objectives. The position will partner closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to manage complex projects from evaluation through execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
