SBA Communications seeks a Director, Shared Services to lead day‑to‑day operations and drive the multi‑year Dynamics 365 F&O rollout for A/R and A/P across domestic and international teams. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to ensure service levels and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years in operational accounting, at least 5+ years in a managerial role, and strong Excel and ERP experience, with SOX control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Operational Accounting (A/R, A/P).
• At least 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O; prior system implementations preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power Apps familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day Shared Services operations and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee A/R and A/P across domestic and international sites.
• Drive multi‑year D365 F&O implementation and ensure SOX compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure service levels are achieved.
