Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, PM, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT service delivery with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong technical background in IT infra, networking, cloud, security, and end‑user support.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams with accountability.
• Experience building and refining operational processes and org structure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and guide escalations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Ability to drive change and balance strategy with hands-on work.
• Data-driven, with ability to evaluate performance and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Help Desk, TAMs, and Client Engineers to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and accountability across teams.
• Monitor operations, identify bottlenecks, and address performance issues.
• Prioritize workloads, manage escalations, and meet service commitments.
• Promote ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide operational direction aligned with priorities and client needs.
• Lead change management and scale processes for growth.
• Collaborate with departments to align service delivery with objectives.
• Lead technology initiatives, including new systems, AI tools, and automation.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive adoption across teams.
