Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in IT service delivery/technical operations, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Experience building and improving operational processes, workflows, and organizational structure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage escalated client situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross departmental collaboration.
• Ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using data to support decision making and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Help Desk, TAMs, and Client Engineers to ensure high-quality service.
• Establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and accountability across teams.
• Monitor operations, identify bottlenecks, and address challenges impacting performance or satisfaction.
• Ensure workload prioritization and that service commitments are met.
• Promote ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Provide direction to align teams with priorities and client needs.
