Job summary

The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of experience in complex system software development and at least 7 years in a management role, alongside a strong understanding of system architecture.

The base salary ranges from 272,000 to 425,500 USD, with eligibility for equity and benefits.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience developing and leading complex low-level or system software projects.
7+ years in a people management role.
Previous experience working with complex system software for accelerators.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of TPMs driving technical software execution.
Drive the end-to-end SDLC for server components.
Collaborate closely with product management and hardware engineering.
