Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a strong technology leader to manage the Server Software Technical Program Management team. You will guide a group of Senior TPMs responsible for firmware and system software across NVIDIA's next-generation server platforms, aligning with hardware schedules and product goals.

The role emphasizes execution, strategy, and cross-functional leadership across HW, FW, and SW teams to deliver high-quality server solutions for DGX, MGX, and HGX platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience developing and leading complex low-level or system software projects.
• 7+ years in a people management role.
• Deep understanding of server architectures and interconnects (PCIe, CXL).
• Experience with software for accelerators such as GPUs/DPUs/FPGAs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive objectives under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TPMs driving technical software and firmware execution for New Product Introduction and sustaining engineering.
• Drive end-to-end SDLC for low-level server components (firmware, drivers, system management).
• Collaborate with product management and hardware engineering to define release plans and objectives.
• Foster feedback loops between sustaining and NPI teams to improve quality and velocity.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and propagate SDLC standards across organizations.
• Interact with diverse technical groups across organizational levels.
