Qualifications

• 5+ years direct management experience with proven ability to grow and lead high performing teams.
• 10+ years engineering experience delivering systems for milestones or external/ internal projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exemplary Systems Engineering team to ensure performance of sensing and perception systems, specifying requirements and informing architecture.
• Decompose use cases into actionable requirements for sensors and perception system and conduct performance analyses.
• Collaborate with Systems Test Engineering to ensure verification strategies meet critical requirements.
