Reporting directly to the CMO, this individual will expand distribution, strengthen channel economics, and drive revenue growth while protecting profitability.
What You'll Do

- Strengthen key account relationships, including Walmart and Target, and expand distribution through new accounts, additional doors, and assortment growth.
- Lead buyer presentations, line reviews, pricing negotiations, and promotional planning while managing brokers, trade spend, and retailer requirements.
- Own Amazon revenue, profitability, and operational performance across U.S. and international markets.
- Manage the external Amazon agency against clear revenue, advertising efficiency, and operational goals.
- Oversee marketplace content, pricing, promotions, and product launches, partnering with Operations on inventory forecasting and replenishment.
- Grow owned eCommerce revenue through merchandising, bundling, gifting, and promotional strategies.
- Improve conversion, average order value, and revenue per visitor.
- Partner with acquisition, CRM, Product, and Engineering teams on promotional planning and the shopping experience.
- Own channel-level revenue and margin performance, partnering with Finance on P&Ls, forecasting, and annual budgets.
- Develop pricing and pack strategies that support profitable growth and minimize channel conflict.
- Identify international wholesale opportunities and lead commercial negotiations and market-entry planning.
- Manage and develop an existing Associate Director.
- Establish clear priorities, processes, and accountability across the function.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain, keeping leadership informed of performance, risks, and opportunities.
Who You Are
- A commercial leader with 10+ years of experience spanning wholesale key account management and Amazon marketplace management.
- Experienced in directly managing Walmart and Target relationships, including buyer negotiations, line reviews, and joint business planning.
- Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, advertising, agency management, and marketplace profitability.
- Financially fluent, with demonstrated P&L ownership and strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
- Experienced in managing brokers, distributors, or retail sales partners, with an understanding of how wholesale, Amazon, and DTC channels work together.
- An effective people leader who communicates directly, collaborates across functions, and takes ownership of results.
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
- A bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with flexibility for occasional business travel.
- Experience in fragrance, air care, or adjacent CPG categories, club retail, and international wholesale expansion is preferred.
