Qualifications

• JD degree and at least 8 years of experience practicing law in a law firm, corporate legal department, or regulatory agency.
• Experience in corporate governance, securities compliance, and public company reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s public company reporting, corporate governance, and securities compliance functions.
• Oversee SEC filings and support the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary.
• Manage global subsidiary governance and alignment with Finance, Internal Audit, HR, and Investor Relations.
