Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Director of Product Management for Seller Risk in Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA to define vision, strategy, and execution for risk-focused products across onboarding and lifecycle monitoring. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management.
• Or 13 years' experience in product management or related area.
• Master's degree plus 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally on large-scale B2B/C products; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Seller Risk across onboarding, identity verification and lifecycle monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering ownership, innovation, and customer obsession.
• Build risk detection systems and capabilities that accelerate fraud detection while minimizing friction for legitimate sellers.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Business leaders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Drive measurable improvements in fraud loss, false-positive rates, and decision speed.
• Anticipate emerging fraud trends, evolving regulatory requirements, and new marketplace risks.
