• Lead Information Security Operations and cyber defense, including incident response, threat detection, monitoring, threat management, and investigations.
• Coordinate security incidents as a senior leader, driving response and post-incident improvements.
• Mentor and develop the security team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Stay technically engaged with security tools and ensure proper configuration and optimization of defenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve security capabilities, processes, and controls.
