Qualifications

• Significant experience in information technology security operations, engineering, or related disciplines.
• 6–8 years of related management experience in security.
• Proven leadership of multiple security teams and/or managers.
• Experience with security operations, monitoring, incident response, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple security operations and engineering teams.
• Develop departmental goals, plans, and resource allocations.
• Oversee monitoring, incident response, and investigation processes.
• Direct analysis of security logs to identify threats and incidents.
• Oversee security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Incorporate external threat intel into monitoring and response processes.
• Develop and monitor security metrics and reporting for leadership.
• Create SOPs, hardening standards, and security processes.
• Ensure controls are designed, implemented, and maintained per architecture.
