Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Director, Information Security to lead the Security Engineering and Operations team. You will design and maintain robust security infrastructure, oversee day-to-day security operations, and guide executive security initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with Platform, Dev/Ops and Engineering teams to ensure secure configurations, threat detection, and incident response, while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in security engineering and operations in a complex IT setting.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and best practices.
• Experience designing security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's information security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response processes; manage detection engineering and alerting.
• Collaborate with Platform, Dev/Ops and Engineering teams to implement secure architectures and controls.
