Biogen in Cambridge, MA seeks a Head of Executive Protection and Travel Security to lead our Global Security team, designing advanced security protocols and risk mitigation. You will guide protection programs for senior executives, coordinate travel security, and collaborate with leadership to align measures with corporate goals.

The role reports to the VP of Global Security and requires a strategic mindset, global travel readiness, and strong crisis management capabilities across multinational

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, International Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing high-profile or high-risk personnel protection programs.
• Extensive knowledge of global security threats and emerging trends.
• Experience in managing security for a global organization.
• Executive protection and travel security experience; crisis management.
• Ability to communicate security protocols to diverse stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the team responsible for the physical protection of senior executives and high-risk personnel.
• Design and implement personalized executive protection programs tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure 24/7 global protection capability for executives, including risk assessments and secure transportation.
• Collaborate with the corporate legal team to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and conduct training programs for executive protection personnel and senior executives.
• Develop and execute a global travel security program with risk assessments and threat monitoring.
• Establish a crisis management framework for travel-related incidents.
