• Deep experience across RMBS and ABS asset classes; broad ABS experience welcomed.
• Strong execution judgement; ability to operate independently across complex transactions.
• Extensive direct interaction with clients and banking/origination teams.
• No requirement for direct reports or an established origination book.

Location: New York

Our client is a leading global investment bank with a highly established Securitized Products franchise and significant activity across ABS, RMBS and structured lending markets. The team is seeking an experienced Director to take senior ownership of complex transactions across a broad and active deal pipeline.

This is a senior individual contributor opportunity with substantial transaction and client exposure - not a people-management or pure origination role. The successful candidate will remain highly technical while acting as a senior structuring partner to the firm's banking teams and clients.

• Independently lead the structuring and execution of ABS and/or RMBS transactions end-to-end.
