Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Director of Secure Infrastructure to lead the secure facilities program, ensuring SCIFs and SAPFs meet IC and DoD standards while coordinating with CIT and CCS teams on strategic networks.

In this role, you will guide risk-based decisions, drive modernization of secure spaces, and partner with senior leadership to align infrastructure with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Extensive experience leading teams in SCIF, SAPF, and collateral environments.
• Experience integrating secure network architectures within accredited DoD/IC facilities.
• Expert knowledge of TEMPEST and ICD 705 physical security requirements.
• Familiarity with DoD and IC cyber security policies and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and oversight for physical security infrastructure, including SCIFs, SAPFs, and collateral classified environments.
• Direct a team of physical security specialists responsible for planning, construction, accreditation, inspection, and lifecycle management of classified facilities.
• Collaborate with Accrediting Officials, government security representatives, and facilities teams on facility planning, sponsorship, expansion, and modernization.
• Oversee physical security compliance activities including inspections, vulnerability assessments, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on risk, compliance posture, and infrastructure investments aligned with mission growth.
