Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director, SDLC and Delivery Enablement to lead enterprise delivery evolution and governance. The role focuses on defining standards, enabling AI-enabled delivery, and driving cross-functional adoption to accelerate value realization across the organization.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will balance strategy with hands-on leadership, shaping delivery frameworks and performance metrics. This is a high-impact, enterprise-wide leadership position in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Agile, Delivery Excellence, SDLC, Process Excellence, Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Product Owner/Product Management experience is highly desired.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery methodologies, Lean principles, SDLC practices, and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Scaled Lean Delivery and SDLC methodologies across Prudential.
• Drive adoption of delivery methodology enterprise-wide and support change management.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Security, Architecture, Engineering, and Testing teams to ensure effective delivery standards.
• Embed practices that increase predictability, reduce WIP, and improve value realization.
• Use delivery data and KPI dashboards to identify opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership.
