Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the development of Screening Add On Services and partner integration strategy. You will guide the product team and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver scalable tools for property managers.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage a multi-year roadmap. You’ll work with executives to align on strategy and execution across distributed teams, driving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology related or Business field preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered (minimum of 5 years in a business and technical role).
• 10+ years of previous product management experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience building business cases and proformas for prioritization and delivery.
• Experience reviewing technical solution designs to meet requirements.
• Innovation and ability to lead with data analytics, market trends, and product lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-organisation interaction.
• Ability to speak with clients and at industry events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and high-performing team guidance.
• Proficient knowledge in Windows, MS Office, and Internet tools.
• Professional demeanor and presentation skills.
• Scrum experience and familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Responsibilities

• Defines and manages value proposition of Screening Add On Services to meet revenue and EBITDA commitments.
• Contributes to multi-year outlook planning for growth.
• Lead product team to develop end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise offerings.
• Responsible for a $20M P&L and coordinating with other product groups.
• Coordinate with business and technical delivery; gather requirements and analysis.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external technology partners and APIs infrastructure.
• Create and elaborate BRs and functional specs; manage product backlogs.
• Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, development and service teams.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers on solutions; facilitate UAT.
• Lead project plan reviews; manage risks and issues to ensure delivery.
• Gather and analyze product performance and operational metrics.
