Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Wisconsin to lead screening-related products from concept to release. You will bridge technical and business goals, articulating user needs for APIs and integration points with other RealPage solutions.

You will work with architects, engineering, and operations to define release requirements, test cases, and roadmaps while driving innovation in data pipelines and analytics within the background screening space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience at a software technology or SaaS company.
• Experience with product management tools and API/integration planning.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the Background Screening domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities based on client needs and translate to requirements.
• Maintain a product roadmap with prioritized technical requirements/user stories.
• Interact with end-user clients to understand their business needs.
• Represent RealPage on competitive analysis and technical challenges in screening.
