Job summary

Realtor.com® is seeking a Lead Product Manager to build and scale a partner marketplace and data ingestion ecosystem. You’ll own strategy, work across executive and sprint-level execution, and shape architecture for AI-ready assets at scale.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Legal, and Finance to navigate contracts, data rights, and monetization, delivering enterprise-grade capabilities and defensible platform governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5+ years in product management, with a track record delivering complex B2B/B2C marketplaces, API platforms, or enterprise data ingestion systems from early build through scale.
• Broad expertise across product strategy, data engineering, commercial operations, and legal/compliance frameworks.
• Strong technical fluency in data pipelines, API design, and metadata schemas.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex situations, including contracts, partner dynamics, and build vs-buy decisions.
• Clear, persuasive communicator across technical teams, legal counsel, finance, and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Delivery & Execution: Own lifecycle and roadmap for partner ecosystem and data pipeline; translate goals into a sequenced build plan.
• API & Ingestion Engineering: Define requirements for core ingestion channels; own rights-tagging infrastructure for AI training.
• Metadata taxonomy: Establish taxonomy including asset classification and geolocation; ensure assets are structured and rights-cleared.
• Algorithmic Mechanics & Ecosystem Incentives: Design partner discovery and ranking logic to promote high-quality assets.
• Commercialization & Cross-Functional Operations: Align with Legal on vendor onboarding, data transfer rights, retention clauses; scale payments and pipelines.
• Enterprise Monetization Enablement: Build scaffolding to package data for enterprise use cases and licensing.
