Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to therapeutic areas and oversee training programs for Content Creation TA and Content leads.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, best practices, capability documents, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to ensure high-quality content including digital materials.
• Own scientific narrative standards and ensure alignment with global teams and evolving data.
