Lead communication strategies, create and review scientific materials (e.g., congress content, slide decks, FAQs), collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support scientific congresses, contribute to medical strategy, maintain scientific narratives, and manage external vendors.
PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, MPH, or equivalent; 8+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 5 years supporting scientific communications or Medical Affairs; experience with clinical-stage or commercial immunology products; strong medical writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; knowledge of industry standards (PhRMA, FDA).
