Celldex is seeking a Director, Scientific Publications to lead strategic publication planning and execution across the immunology portfolio. You will drive manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress content with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous, compliant scientific communications.

The Director, Scientific Publications, will serve as a key individual contributor and cross-functional scientific leader within Medical Affairs responsible for the development and execution of strategic publication activities supporting Celldex’s immunology portfolio. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Science, HEOR, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Commercial, and external scientific experts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scientifically rigorous, and compliant publications and scientific content.
This role will lead publication planning and execution across Celldex’s clinical programs, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and congress-related scientific content supporting late-stage development and future commercialization activities. The individual will work closely with the Director, Scientific Communications to ensure alignment between publication strategy, scientific messaging, congress activities, and broader Medical Affairs communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific acumen, end-to-end publication expertise, strong cross-functional leadership with ability to drive alignment, and the ability to translate complex clinical and scientific data into impactful scientific publications and medical content.
The expected base salary for this position is: $176659.00 to $229427.00. We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
