Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, medicine, or related field.
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs or Scientific Communications.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience leading global communication strategies and integrated planning.
• Experience in Nephrology or Immunology is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of publication planning and dissemination of evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and US scientific communications strategy for assigned assets.
• Chair cross-functional teams to align content, channels, and external engagement.
• Oversee Medical Communications Plans including content strategy and channels.
• Ensure IMCP integration with asset planning and strategic objectives.
• Drive governance, quality, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team within Medical Affairs.
