Job summary

Melmark seeks a Director of School Services to assist the Senior Director of Educational Services in managing Melmark Pennsylvania's educational and health services in school settings. The role includes ensuring high-quality IEPs, regulatory compliance, and staffing oversight to deliver evidence-based programs.

The position requires a Master’s in Education or related field, BCBA/BSL certification, and 5–10 years of clinical supervision experience, with 3–5 years in program management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Education or related field.
• BCBA or BSL certification required; Special Educator/Principal Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of clinical service delivery and supervision in school settings.
• 3–5 years in program management, supervising, training staff, HR, budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation of EnvisionSmart systems across Clinical, Academic, MEDS, Regulatory, Fiscal, and Training.
• Ensure Melmark School meets PDE and licensing standards; respond to PDE requests and maintain license as Approved Private School.
• Collaborate on strategic plan goals for the Melmark School; supervise and evaluate school personnel.
• Oversee IEP planning and ensure timely, compliant documentation and progress reports.
