New Story Schools in Pennsylvania seeks a Director of Schools & Services to oversee systems supporting students with complex learning and behavioral needs. You will ensure IEP compliance, strengthen collaboration, and promote positive outcomes for students and families.

The role requires a Master’s degree in special education (or related field), PA I or II Special Education certification, and at least two years in a lead role; strong IEP knowledge and ability to train staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, ABA, social work, or a related field.
• Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Special Education certification.
• At least two years of experience in a lead role supporting students with learning or behavioral challenges.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate, lead training, and build relationships with families and districts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IEP compliance and alignment with educational and clinical practices.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to implement school initiatives and programs.
• Lead and participate in the IEP process, including meetings and documentation.
