Job summary

College Success Foundation seeks a Director of School Partnerships & Coaching to lead high school collaborations across Western Washington. You will supervise coaches, implement a new school-based curriculum, and align school-wide strategies to expand postsecondary access for underserved students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in K-12 education, college access, counseling, college success, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervising, coaching, or developing staff in educational, nonprofit, or community settings.
• Minimum of three (3) years of curriculum development, professional development, training, or adult learning experience.
• Experience supporting college access, financial aid, postsecondary planning, or career readiness initiatives for underserved students.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development to staff.
• Establish performance expectations aligned with student outcomes and program standards.
• Monitor program implementation and ensure fidelity and quality.
• Lead college and career readiness curriculum implementation and collaboration with school staff.
• Develop relationships with school administrators, counselors, and district leaders to advance student success goals.
• Oversee data-informed decision making and continuous improvement across programs.
