Job summary

The successful candidate will drive program controls, implement change management, and ensure adherence to budget and schedules while maintaining effective communication with district leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of on-time, within-budget project delivery.
• Strong computer skills as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in performance of duties.
• Develop and execute system for managing construction and commissioning of capital projects.
• Directly supervise staff and provide leadership for consultants.
• Respond to internal and external customers professionally and timely.
• Coordinate project management from pre-construction through closeout with focus on commissioning.
