Teva Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a Director of Marketing – Schizophrenia Consumer Marketing to lead patient-centric strategies across the schizophrenia portfolio, translating insights into branded and unbranded communications and integrated programs.

You will partner with brand leads, Patient Services, and external agencies to deliver compliant, measurable consumer promotions and a seamless patient journey from awareness to ongoing support.

Competenze

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or brand management experience.
• 5+ years of marketing experience or equivalent (based on performance).
• Experience leading patient or consumer marketing strategy and multichannel promotion in pharma/healthcare, including patient journeys, branded/unbranded communications, market research and analytics, agency management, and collaboration with Patient Services, patient hubs, specialty pharmacies, affordability programs, or access services.
• Experience in schizophrenia or another complex specialty market and product launches is preferred.
• Experience developing HCP Medical Education resources is preferred.

• Lead a marketing team to develop and implement a patient and caregiver marketing strategy across the schizophrenia portfolio.
• Collaborate with brand leads to translate strategy into aligned consumer plans and campaigns.
• Partner with Patient Services to design an integrated consumer experience across awareness, onboarding, access and ongoing support.
• Develop patient journeys, personas, segmentation, and insights to identify unmet needs and moments that matter.
• Lead development and execution of compliant consumer promotions across digital, social, CRM, media, print, field, and patient-support channels.
