Job summary

TENEX.AI is a fast-growing MDR provider seeking an engineering leader to own the foundational delivery of our MDR service across Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, and the Tenex Platform. You will drive time-to-protection, platform integrations, and scalable delivery while leading a growing team of security engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering or security operations with 3+ years of people management.
• Hands-on depth across Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel or credible equivalent.
• Experience building repeatable delivery at scale with playbooks and capacity planning.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to own a delivery relationship.

Responsibilities

• Own time-to-protection across Google SecOps, Sentinel, and Tenex Platform in customer environments.
• Lead multi-SIEM engineering: pipelines, parsers, detections, and playbooks.
• Own integrations: data-source onboarding and normalization across platforms.
• Own context engineering: data mappings and environment knowledge for performance.
• Own ongoing platform management: health and lifecycle across the portfolio.
• Build repeatable delivery machine with playbooks and capacity models.
• Lead and scale the team: hiring, coaching, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate cross-team interfaces with success, product, threat intel, and advisory functions.
