Job summary

TENEX.AI seeks a Director of MDR Platform Delivery to own the foundational delivery across Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, and the Tenex Platform. You will enable time-to-protection and repeatable multi-SIEM deployments at scale by wiring customer data and tooling, building content and context, and keeping platforms healthy across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, security operations, or detection engineering.
• 3+ years managing engineers (leaders/managers).
• Hands-on with Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel or deep credibility in one.

Responsibilities

• Own time-to-protection across platforms and stand up SecOps/Sentinel in customer environments.
• Lead multi-SIEM engineering across pipelines, parsers, detections, playbooks, and configurations.
• Own integrations and data-source onboarding, connector/API development and normalization.
• Own context engineering including data mappings and environment knowledge.
• Oversee ongoing platform management, health, optimization, and lifecycle.
• Build repeatable delivery with playbooks, intake, gates, and capacity model.
• Lead and scale the team with hiring, coaching, and setting SLOs/OKRs.
• Coordinate cross-team interfaces with customer success, product, threat intel, and defense teams.
