Lonza in Vacaville, CA seeks a Director, Site Nexus Lead to drive the SAP S/4HANA deployment, aligning site and global leadership. You will manage planning, data readiness, training, change management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare while partnering with the Site Head and leadership teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, executive reporting, and delivering organizational readiness for new ways of working across processes, people, data, and systems in a regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large ERP deployments or complex business system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing processes (planning, quality, supply chain).
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vacaville nexus deployment as the site business representative.
• Plan, test, data readiness, training, and change management for the SAP S/4HANA rollout.
• Provide executive reporting, risk assessments, and implementation recommendations.
• Govern and track RAID, dashboards, and milestones; ensure timely delivery.
