Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to join our Advisory Services practice in the United States. You will define the enterprise data migration strategy and roadmap, govern data migrations across S/4HANA, ECC, and related platforms, and advise C-suite leaders on risk, readiness, and business value.

You will build and lead global teams of migration architects and analysts, oversee program economics and governance, and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise data management with SAP data migration programs.
• Experience with S/4HANA, ECC, MDG, and related SAP platforms.
• Proven track record in executive-level stakeholder management and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SAP data migration strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning with SAP transformation objectives.
• Lead global teams of Data Migration Architects, Data Leads, and Analysts.
• Drive large-scale consulting pursuits, including RFP responses and client pitches.
• Ensure migration activities comply with SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA where applicable.
