Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration of legacy systems with SAP platforms across global manufacturing plants. The role blends technical leadership with project management and stakeholder coordination to deliver scalable interfaces for MMP operations.

You will define global integration templates, set standards for API-led and event-driven patterns, and partner with multiple teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery, testing, and cutover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise integration delivery, including SAP-to-non-SAP integrations.
• 10+ years managing global teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading integration work streams in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations environments.
• GCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration between SAP and legacy systems across global plants.
• Collaborate with functional, technical and EA teams to define integration architecture and patterns.
• Drive interface standards (API-led, event-driven, EDI, IDoc, RFC, OData, file-based).
• Plan and manage integration workstreams across multiple projects and plant deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities with SAP teams, legacy apps, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Lead go/no-go decisions with cutover leads and monitor integration health and risks.
• Coordinate supplier and stakeholder design sessions and verify delivery against timelines.
