Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Director of End-to-End Systems Integration within Global Clinical Supplies. The role oversees SAP integrations (IRT, RTSM, Veeva, vendor interfaces) and ensures robust, monitored, scalable connectivity across the clinical supply ecosystem.

You will partner with IT, SMEs, and business system owners to align priorities. You will drive KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring GxP compliance and validation expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in pharma, biotech, supply chain, IT, or related industry.
• 5+ years supporting complex system integrations involving SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and operational framework for end-to-end systems integrations.
• Monitor health of critical integrations and define KPIs.
• Coordinate triage and resolution of integration defects with IT and vendors.
• Drive dashboards, reporting, and management reviews.
• Collaborate across GCS teams, IT, SMEs, and vendors.
