Merck & Co. is seeking a Director of End-to-End Systems Integration within Global Clinical Supplies. The role oversees SAP integrations (IRT, RTSM, Veeva, vendor interfaces) and ensures robust, monitored, scalable connectivity across the clinical supply ecosystem.
You will partner with IT, SMEs, and business system owners to align priorities. You will drive KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring GxP compliance and validation expectations are met.
As part of the Global Clinical Supplies (GCS) organization, the Director, End-to-End Systems Integration will be responsible for the strategy, operational robustness, and continuous improvement of all GCS-facing systems integrations, with a primary focus on SAP integrations, including (but not limited to) IRT, Veeva, and external vendor interfaces. This role will ensure that integration services are stable, monitored, and aligned to business needs across the clinical supply ecosystem.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Clinical Supply Systems, this position will partner closely with business system owners, IT, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external vendors to ensure integration performance, reliability, and issue resolution are managed proactively. The role will also oversee the health monitoring framework for integrations, including definition and tracking of KPIs, incident trends, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.

The salary range for this role is $173,200.00 - $272,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
