Job summary

IPEX by Aliaxis seeks a Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness to lead the SAP deployment across manufacturing and distribution networks. The role focuses on standardizing processes, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and deployment governance to ensure a successful go-live.

Reporting to the VP, ERP Business Transformation, you will partner with IT, Data Governance, and site leadership to drive SAP-enabled processes and master data initiatives that sustain business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• MBA is beneficial.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP transformation.
• Proven experience leading large SAP deployments across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise process transformation by establishing future-state models using SAP standard capabilities.
• Document, sustain, and deploy future-state processes with BPOs.
• Establish governance to minimize local customization and ensure standards.
