Job summary

Brillio in the United States seeks a Director of Engineering for our Salesforce practice to lead complex PDO engagements, craft scalable digital experiences, and act as a Salesforce SME across proposals, asset development, and delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional global teams, bridging sales, delivery, and clients, while mentoring senior engineers and shaping platform strategy.

Qualifications

Expertise in Salesforce Platform Development.
Deep experience with Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging.
Hands-on Apex, Lightning, Visualforce expertise.
Experience with API integrations for Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Apex Exchange submission.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce PDO solutions.
Drive end-to-end product development using Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and security protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.
Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster innovation.
Partner with sales, delivery and clients as a bridge between teams.
