About the Role

With at least 18 years of experience leading engineering teams, including extensive expertise in delivering Salesforce PDO solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce managed packages, ensuring compliance with Appexchange requirements and achieving successful product launches.
• Drive end-to-end product development using Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging strategies, optimizing for scalability, maintainability, and measurable business growth.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and security protocols across all PDO projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and client stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver impactful, market-ready solutions.
• Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Oversee release management, version control, and upgrade processes for complex Salesforce applications on Appexchange, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and user experience, leveraging analytics to drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide strategic engineering decisions and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Certification in Salesforce PDO or Appexchange product development.
