Job description

Joining our employer team as the Director of North American Sales for our Enablon business offers a unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading provider of Sustainability, EHS, and Operational Risk Management Software. As a visionary leader in enabling sustainable companies through technology, you will have the chance to drive revenue strategy and business planning, implement change initiatives, and manage a high-performing sales team. With our comprehensive platform and global recognition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise software sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to senior managers, managers, and high-level professionals based on organizational goals and company direction.
- Determine organizational objectives and divisional plans aligned with divisional strategy.
- Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to policies.
- Drive results in a division or region with a significant impact on the employer.
- Travel to company meetings, conferences, events, and client sites as required.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in software sales leadership at an enterprise level.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 11+ years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management, including prior leadership experience managing a team of managers and sales representatives.
- Ability to work independently and execute defined plans and strategies.
- Experience leading in a highly matrixed organization.

Additional Information:
- The person in this role can be located in the East Coast, Southwest, or Midwest, with a preference for EST or CST time zones.
- Entrepreneurial sales approach and attitude in growing the business.
