We are seeking a seasoned SDR leader to build, grow, and develop an India-based SDR team (working on US time zones). As a Director, you will report to the CMO and collaborate with global SDR managers and Sales leadership to coach, support, and motivate your team. Proven success in a similar B2B SaaS sales role is essential. If you seek daily challenges, impactful work, and shaping the future of customer experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing SDR team
  • Set clear goals and expectations; provide hands-on coaching
  • Track daily activity KPIs and report performance to senior management
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to optimize lead handling
Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years in sales development, with experience in B2B Software/SaaS
  • 3+ years in sales management, preferably in a high-tech SaaS startup
  • Proven success in managing and scaling inbound SDR teams
  • Experience coaching and mentoring sales reps to meet targets
  • Experience developing processes and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to analyze sales data to optimize funnels
  • Thrives in fast-paced team environments
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Competitive drive and success-oriented mindset
