We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and relationship-focused leader to serve as the primary business partner between our Sales Compensation organization and one of Epsilon's largest strategic partners. This role will own the end-to-end strategy, governance, and execution of the partner's sales compensation and quota programs while coordinating the efforts of Compensation Design, Administration, Systems, and Analytics.
You will serve as the single point of accountability for the partnership, ensuring compensation plans and quota methodologies align with business objectives while delivering operational perfection throughout the annual compensation lifecycle. Success in this role requires the ability to influence senior leaders, translate business strategies into executable compensation programs, and proactively see opportunities to improve plan effectiveness, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
You will operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, working directly with partner leadership while collaborating across internal functional teams to deliver a world-class compensation experience.

Compensation Range: USD $116,400.00 - USD $216,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
